Process

Live in weeks, not quarters.

No discovery phases that bill by the month. No pilots that never leave the lab. Four stages, each with a date on it — and your team alongside us the whole way.

Week 1

01 — Audit

We find where AI saves you the most, fastest. Ninety minutes with your team, a look at the tools you already run, and we map where the hours actually go. No questionnaires, no workshops with sticky notes.

You get

  • A ranked list of what to automate first
  • An honest savings estimate per item
  • A fixed quote — no day rates

We need from you

  • 90 minutes with the people doing the work
  • A look at your current tools
Weeks 1–2

02 — Build

We design and build it around how you already work. Your stack stays; we wire the new system into it. You see progress mid-build, not at a big reveal — if something feels off, we hear it early.

You get

  • A working system in a safe staging space
  • Plain-English documentation as we go
  • A mid-build check-in, 20 minutes, no slides

We need from you

  • Access to the tools we're connecting
  • One named contact for quick answers
Weeks 2–3

03 — Deploy

Live in your business, not stuck in a pilot. We switch it on with safety rails: human-in-the-loop where it matters, monitored daily for the first week, tuned on real work — not test data.

You get

  • The system running on live work
  • Sensible guardrails and approval steps
  • A week of daily monitoring and tuning

We need from you

  • Real cases flowing through it
  • Quick feedback when something reads wrong
Ongoing

04 — Train

Your team learns to own it. A hands-on session on your live system, runbooks they keep, and a named owner inside your business. You're never locked in — that's the point of the name.

You get

  • A workshop on your system, not a demo one
  • Runbooks for the three things that ever go wrong
  • A direct line to us when you want to extend it

We need from you

  • Two hours with the team that runs it
  • One person willing to be the owner

After go-live

Then it compounds.

Most clients automate one painful thing, watch it work, then come back with a list. That's what the Partner plan is for — a build cadence, not a retainer that buys meetings.

Next step

Start with the audit.

Fifteen minutes to see if there's a fit. If there isn't, we'll say so on the call.
